AZOrthodox.org is the website for the Arizona Council of Eastern Orthodox Churches. The clergy gather to support one another, coordinate activities, sponsor annual retreats and host Lenten Sunday evening Vespers at the various churches.
The canonical Orthodox churches in aRIZONA each share common faith, teachings and sacraments yet are administered SEPARATELY as jurisdictions. THE ASSEMBLY OF CANONICAL ORTHODOX BISHOPS PRESIDES OVER THE VARIOUS ORTHODOX JURISDICTIONS IN AMERICA.
We hope that this will become a RESOURCE CENTER for information about local parishes and ministries being offered including catechism classes, retreats, events, festivals, camps, workshops and more happening at Arizona Orthodox churches.
